By downloading or using the SimpliEd mobile app ("App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.

2. Definitions

• "App" refers to the SimpliEd mobile application.
• "We"/"Us" refers to SimpliEd (Private) Limited.
• "User" refers to any person using the App.

3. Changes to the App

We may update or remove features, require updates, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. Continued use of the App after such changes indicates your acceptance.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate credentials supplied by your institution to log in.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account information; you are responsible for all activities under your account.
• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws; do not misuse or attempt to reverse-engineer the App.

5. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following services, each governed by their own terms:

• Mixpanel Analytics
• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics
• Sentry Monitoring

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Karachi.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
